Conditions

Prices exclusive spa tax, rate of VAT: 10% bei Logis, 20 % for  massages and treatments. All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Our  wellness area, common rooms and dining rooms are non smoking areas. At  the Knapplhof bar and in our dining hall smoking is allowed.

Please, appreciate, whereas we cannot make sure for your requested room and floor a binding promise.

All  prices are valid for one person and day and involve all taxes, duties,  indoor pool and sauna deterioration, exclusive spa tax (1€ per day and  person)

Small dogs are welcome. We bill 12€ per day. The dogs are not allowed to be taken into the restaurant areas.

Your stay:

Journey:
Booked rooms are to be used after 3p.m. Maybe you arrive early you can readily use our dressing room. You can deposite luggage in the lockers. After arrival in the evening about 7p.m. we want you to call for an appointment.

Departure:
You can use your room until 11 a.m. Maybe you prefer using our wellness area and like to see and taste our cake buffet? Our locker room, lockers and hair dryer are still waiting for you.

Cancellation and cancellation charge:

Exceptionally valid are the Austrian hotel contract conditions. By later arrival or previous departure following conditions are valid:

• 3 months                                      -          no cancellation charge  
• 3months - 1month                         -          40%
• 1month - 1 week                           -          70 %  
• Last week                                    -           90%
• Late arrival or previous departure    -         100%

We recommend travel insurance conclusion of a contract. It is easy to do online.
