Various Technogym fitness machines are available for your fitness programme.
Our active trainers will be happy to help you, especially as a beginner, in a one on one personal trainer lesson or as part of our weekly programme.

Our fitness trainers explain how to use the equipment and give tips on how to improve your general fitness and achieve your personal training goals. Questions about nutrition and fluid balance during training can be clarified.

Medical Personal Training
1:1 training for recovery after health impairments, e.g. due to illness or injury, or to help with chronic complaints and malpositions. Medical personal training is also possible as a preventative measure with the aim of preventing signs of wear and tear and injuries.
