Namasté! Get away from the fast pace of everyday life with our two yoga & fitness trainers and become more aware of yourself again. In our panoramic yoga house with large fitness terrace, your journey to relaxed contentment begins.
But yoga is not the only thing on the agenda of our active trainers: fitness trends such as Pilates, TRX, fascia training as well as functional training and even coaching sessions in the 110 m² fitness studio can also be found in our daily active programme. All units from our active programme can also be booked as individual coaching.

Conny is a certified medical personal trainer, certified personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, boot camp instructor, certified fasting companion and health trainer, certified mindfulness and relaxation trainer, certified sound energeticist, certified herbal pedagogue, nutrition trainer, vegan nutrition trainer and seminar leader for forest bathing and silence seminars. Conny has also completed certified trainings in mental training, health management, workplace health promotion, project management and preventive health care and health maintenance.

Meli has been a movement enthusiast since childhood and shines above all through her versatility. Whether as an artistic gymnast at the State Opera, as a SUP coach on the Danube, as a course trainer in the countryside, or as a vitality trainer with us - she always convinces with her cheerful and life-affirming manner. Sport, yoga and meditation as a balance to everyday life - Meli conveys and lives all this in her sessions.

Vivian:
Yoga has played a big role in Vivian's life for a long time. For her, the holistic approach is in the foreground, i.e. not only asanas for physical fitness, but also pranayama and meditation for mental fitness and inner serenity. Vivian designs her sessions naturally and authentically, benefiting from her open and friendly nature. With a lot of "hands on" she helps all guests to take away as much as possible from each session.
