Namasté! Get away from the fast pace of everyday life with our two yoga & fitness trainers, Conny & Angela, and become more aware of yourself again. In our panoramic yoga house with large fitness terrace, your journey to relaxed contentment begins.
But yoga is not the only thing on Conny & Angela's agenda: fitness trends such as Pilates, TRX, fascia training as well as functional training and even coaching sessions in the 110 m² gym can also be found in our daily activity programme. All units from our active programme can also be booked as individual coaching
Conny:
"Yoga is the best way for me to bring body and mind into harmony. It grounds me when I am looking for peace, gives me strength when I need to recharge my batteries and balances me when I am out of balance. In combination with endurance and strength training, I can do my body holistic good. Through a varied course programme, I try to pass on my enthusiasm for movement and the joy of life it gives me to our guests - as individually and pleasantly as possible."
Conny is a certified medical personal trainer, certified personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, boot camp instructor, certified fasting companion and health trainer, certified mindfulness and relaxation trainer, certified sound energeticist, certified herbal pedagogue, nutrition trainer, vegan nutrition trainer and seminar leader for forest bathing and silence seminars. Conny has also completed certified trainings in mental training, health management, workplace health promotion, project management and preventive health care and health maintenance.
