• Only enter marked ice rinks - enter at your own risk.
• Avoid the edges of snow, as there is a risk of collapse under snow cover.
• Be considerate of slower skaters and children.
• Always run in the direction of travel, no risky actions.
• Helmets are compulsory for children - protects against head injuries.
• Wearwrist protectors and sturdy gloves to prevent injuries.
