Farmers, bakers, cheesemakers, breweries, distilleries, fish farms and butchers - they all contribute with their craftsmanship and passion to making our cuisine what it should be: honest, enjoyable and deeply rooted in our homeland.

Our cuisine is flavoured daily with herbs from our own garden - from mint and rosemary to chives. Cultivated with love, harvested by hand - and used with care to round off dishes, enhance flavours or refine our teas and detox waters.
Our own herb garden is a little paradise full of flavour - straight from nature, straight to your plate. True to our motto: natural, honest, regional.
