From Thursday to Sunday from 6.30 p.m., he conjures up a fine dining menu of the highest standard. The special thing about it is the combination of regional, seasonal products and selected, unusual ingredients. From fresh goat's cheese pearls to suckling pig ravioli with smoked eel to traditional dishes such as "grandma's style" kohlrabi, the menu includes delicacies for every taste
