We have created the perfect place for every moment of enjoyment: embark on a culinary journey of discovery at the breakfast buffet, treat yourself to a 5-course menu in our wine cellar during a candlelight dinner, enjoy a selection of fine cheeses in the hotel bar ‘der Alchemist’ and let yourself be convinced by the art of alchemy, or relax at the pool bar.

The most important is to use high-quality ingredients in all their facets, lovingly handcrafted and playfully combined into delicious compositions. To achieve this, we mainly use food from our own garden and organic products from the region. This avoids unnecessarily long transport routes, strengthens the region, and allows you to enjoy natural flavors that only the nature can create.
