What is biohacking anyway?
Biohacking means consciously supporting your body and mind to feel fitter, more alert and healthier - with simple methods such as healthy eating, good sleep, cold treatments, exercise or breathing techniques. You learn how your own body works - and how you can positively influence it with small changes in your everyday life.
Your retreat programme:
Thursday - your day of arrival
- 15.00-16.30 - Arrival at the hotel
- 17.00 am - Get-together with Conny in the yoga house with a welcome herbal shot
- First breathwork session with biohacker Conny
Friday - Course day
- Intensive course "Biohacking & Longevity" with Martin Kowarik [ 09.00 a.m. till 03.00 p.m. ]
