When autumn arrives, a very special season begins on the Gumpenberg: our Game Weeks. Since 1983, we have been maintaining our very own red deer enclosure – a living tradition that unites fine dining, a close connection to nature, and regional authenticity.
From this closeness to nature, culinary highlights are created that make our Game Weeks truly unique: timeless classics such as venison ragout meet refined new interpretations – bringing the full spectrum of autumn onto your plate.
