Alpine Soul Retreat is the highlight of the yoga year for anyone who ցանկանում experience yoga in its full depth – whether you are just beginning or already have an established practice.
Five days of nourishing yoga sessions, mindful workshops, and quiet moments in nature provide renewed energy, inner clarity, and dedicated time for yourself. Throughout the retreat, you will be guided daily by our expert Conny, who creates a space with great sensitivity, experience, and a holistic approach – allowing you to arrive, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
