Would you like a refreshing aperitif before the gourmet menu in the evening - or would you prefer a full-bodied digestif afterwards? In both cases, our house bar "The Alchemist" is the perfect place to toast to a successful day. Whether beer, wine or cocktail - the selection is exceptionally varied and at the same time mysteriously refined.
An exquisite cheese buffet also awaits you here after dinner.
Pssst ... On three to four evenings a week, atmospheric live music rounds off your culinary evening in our house bar.

How about an aperitif to start - followed by a glass of white wine with your local char? Our wine cellar is known far beyond the region with over 300 fine and exquisite wines. Our restaurant management will be happy to recommend the right wine to accompany your culinary selection.
