Chef de cuisine Martin Dicker and his team inspire and spoil our guests in the Fine Dining Restaurant "Hoamatstub'n".
From Thursday to Sunday from 6.30 pm he conjures up a fine dining menu of the highest standard. The special feature is the combination of regional, seasonal products and selected, unusual ingredients. From fresh goat cheese pearls, suckling pig ravioli with smoked eel to traditional dishes such as kohlrabi "grandma's style", the menu includes delicacies for every taste. Martin Dicker describes his promising cooking concept like this:
"A local and creative cuisine, prepared naturally and honestly, is for me the modern way of cooking. I love to combine the best products of the homeland with international flair and to bring the best taste experience on the plate".
