Fresh from our own garden
Mint, rosemary, chives and many other herbs grow in our own herb garden. Cultivated by hand, carefully harvested and used in a targeted manner - for dishes, teas and detox water. In line with our sustainability philosophy, our herbs spend the winter in brightly lit places in the hotel.
