You will experience a variety of tasteful culinary highlights in a balanced mixture of traditional and modern, light cuisine.Nature in its most original form is the richest. That’s why we process untreated products of the season- grown at close quarters, enriched by expert hands. Our kitchen crew, led by our chef Martin Dicker, treats you with our natural cuisine specialties.



Our breakfast buffet offers a broad variety - for sweet teeth as well as for hearty eaters. The dinner menu takes you to highes culinary spheres. Starting at 08.00 pm you will find a choice of specialty cheeses accompanied by selected wines from our house-own wine cellar. Our service chef Sarah will be available for further information.
